M3 Frozen Black sold out within 22 minutes

The 2011 BMW Frozen Black Edition M3 Coupe went on sale and it just took some short 22 minutes from the sale opening till all the nineteen units were sold. This limited edition car will just have twenty units produced and all the nineteen units that were marked ‘for sale’ were sold instantly. The twentieth car will be held by BMW of North America, and may be sold at a later date.
All the nineteen units that were sold will be delivered to the owners later this month. A last piece of this car is still with BMW North America and the automaker plans to sale this unit at a future date. The car was offered at a price tag of $79,650, excluding the handling and destination charges of $875. The price is $21000 more than that of the regular M3 Coupe.
The car is powered by a 4.0 liter M V8 engine producing 414 hp. The engine is coupled with BMW's M Double Clutch Transmission system (M DCT). This car sprints from 0-60 mph in 4.5 seconds. Other performance upgrades from the base car include lowering of the suspension by 10 mm for better handling and performance.
As the name suggests, the car receives BMW individual matte paintwork, which adds a rare metallic luster to the vehicle. A special silk matte clear coat developed by BMW is applied over the base Black Metallic coat to achieve this effect. The exterior design includes gloss black kidney grills, gloss black side gill elements and exhaust pipe tips. The car is fitted with 19 inch Black M3 GTS wheels, wrapped in high-performance summer tires.
The interior sports black leather with contrasting red stitching and carbon fiber accents. The car is also fitted with several high-tech equipments apart from the standard equipment of the base M3 Coupe.
